“Naples is a walk among the small streets and its people. Naples is a dream that is known all over the world, but nobody knows the truth”.
From these simple and emblematic words comes the need to show those who visit Naples, what the city really is. Certainly, a tour isn’t enough to know such a complex and ancient city, but it’s a good start.
Following the verse of the song, you will walk along the small streets in the heart of the ancient city and there you will finally understand that you are in another world. A world that started 2500 years ago and has never stopped since.
From the amazing “Piazza del Gesù” you will walk along the street called “Spaccanapoli“.
There you can see how much History, Art, Architecture and Culture have overlapped and mixed to create something unique and unrepeatable.
You will be in a tangle of small streets with a multicoloured and picturesque atmosphere where many Neapolitans live. These people will amaze you with their way of doing things, expressing themselves while including you in everything.
Crossing “Piazza San Domenico” you will arrive in “San Gregorio Armeno“. This is the shopping area where there are the artisans of the nativity scenes.
The tour will end at the ancient Greek city centre: “Piazza San Gaetano“.

Una giornata speciale con Dario
Sono Napoletana anche se vivo 8 mesi all’anno in Chianti e nella mia seconda vita faccio la”contadina”.
Ho avuto ospiti una coppia, anche loro di origine Campana, ma da anni residenti a Firenze.
Dario ci ha portato in giro per una lunga mattinata.
È stato un vero piacere vedere cose conosciute, ma scoprire nuovi aspetti, storie segrete.
Ho in programma, appena possibile, nuovi giri, nuove scoperte..
Girare con Dario ha fatto la differenza fra solo guardare ed invece scoprire ed addentrarci nella storia attraverso le immagini.

First trip to Naples
We are 2 couples enjoying 4 days in Naples. We decided that it would be a good thing to do a city tour to familiarize ourselves with this amazing place. Dario was exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us a good understanding of the architectural history and the culture of the city. He was able to give us names of restaurants we may enjoy and other places that would be interesting to visit
