The monumental city
If you want to visit Naples the first step could be the city centre. In this area there are the most representative monuments and buildings of the long Naples history and you can’t miss them.
The tour will start from the monumental symbol of the city: The Angevin Castle called “Maschio Angioino“.
This marvellous castle was founded in the end of thirteenth century by the Angevins a French Dynasty.
Not so far away you will see the Royal Opera House of San Carlo built by Charles 3rd of Bourbon, one the most famous Kings of Naples.

The place is known as one of the most important Literary cafes in Italy and a meeting place of cultural elite in Italy and in Europe.

Few meters away you can walk on Toledo Street the most important and commercial street of the city and nearby you can visit the marvellous Galleria Umberto.
Founded by Umberto I King of Italy at the end of the nineteenth century was built to combine businesses, shops, cafes and social life. Its architecture takes your breath away.
